Student owned · Fully insured · 5-star reviews on Google · 200+ houses cleaned
Weston properties are big, set back, and surrounded by trees. Large multi-pane windows, sunrooms and long driveways are the norm. These are the houses where a proper cleaning makes the most visible difference, because there's simply more glass catching light.
Heavy tree cover means two things: pollen and sap on the windows in spring, and algae on north-facing siding and roofs year round. Weston sees more roof streaking than most towns we cover.
Weston homes and what they need
Weston homes are big, set back, and usually surrounded by mature trees. That combination means a lot of glass, long approaches for equipment, and shaded walls that stay damp. Roofs here streak more than in most towns we cover, because the same tree cover that keeps the property private also keeps the shingles from drying out.
Late spring through early summer is when the roof and house washing calls come in, once the growth is visible from the driveway. Window cleaning tends to get booked ahead of holidays and family events rather than on a fixed schedule.

Do you do roof and house washing together?
Yes, and in Weston most people do. It's the same setup on site, so booking them together costs less than two separate visits.
Do you serve all of Weston?
Yes, all of Weston and the surrounding MetroWest towns. We're based in Framingham, so Weston is a short drive.
How much does it cost?
Exterior window cleaning starts at $299 and house washing starts at $399 for a typical single-family home. Pressure washing is quoted per surface. You get the exact price before we start.
