FAQs

Questions people ask

Don't see yours? Text us at (508) 978-5026.

01

How much does it cost?

Exterior window cleaning starts at $299 and house washing starts at $399 for a typical single-family home. Pressure washing and everything else is quoted per property. You always get the exact price before we start.

02

How do the window cleaning plans work?

Pick a biannual, triannual, or quarterly plan. The more often we come, the more you save on every cleaning: $50 off with biannual, $75 off with triannual, and $100 off with quarterly. Triannual also gets $50 off any pressure washing service. Quarterly gets that plus free screen cleaning and free hard water removal.

03

Do I need to be home?

Not for outside work. Just leave the gate unlocked if your yard is fenced. For inside windows, someone needs to let us in.

04

What is soft washing?

It's how we clean siding. Instead of blasting it with high pressure, we spray on a sodium hypochlorite solution at low pressure. It kills the mildew and algae, then we rinse it off.

05

Do you work when it's cold?

Window cleaning, yes, all year. We use a solution made for cold weather. Pressure washing we skip on days below freezing.

06

Are you insured?

Yes. We're fully insured with over $1M in liability coverage.

07

What if I'm not happy with the job?

Tell us and we come back and fix it. No charge.
