Home Commercial window cleaning
Commercial window cleaning in MetroWest, MA
Storefronts, offices, restaurants and medical buildings. We work early mornings, evenings or weekends so we are not in the way of your day.
quoted per property · Commercial jobs are quoted per property, since glass count, height and how often you want us all change the work. Recurring schedules cost less per visit than one-off cleanings.
Commercial glass gets dirty faster than a house does. It sits closer to the road, it gets touched all day, and in winter it takes salt spray every time a plow goes past. A storefront cleaned once a year looks neglected by month three, which is why most of our commercial work runs on a schedule instead of a call-when-you-notice basis.
We are a small local crew rather than a national contractor, so you deal with the same people every visit and we can work around what your business actually needs. If your quiet hours are 6am or Sunday afternoon, that is when we come.
What you get
What's included
Storefront glass
Doors, display windows and entry glass, inside and out, including the marks at handle height.
Office buildings
Ground-floor and upper-floor exterior glass, plus lobby and conference room glass inside.
Restaurants and cafes
Including the film that builds on the inside of the glass near the kitchen side.
Medical and dental offices
Scheduled outside patient hours so nobody is working around us.
Frames, sills and tracks
Same as residential. The glass is only half of what people notice.
Recurring schedules
Monthly, quarterly or seasonal, priced per visit and cheaper than one-offs.
Storefronts and street-level glass
Street-level glass is the first thing your customers see, and it's also the glass that gets dirty fastest: hand prints at handle height, road spray, and salt film all winter. Most storefronts we clean are on a recurring schedule for that reason, because once a year doesn't hold up.
We work around your hours. Early morning before you open is the most common, and evenings or weekends work too. Nobody wants a pole and a bucket in the doorway during the lunch rush.
Offices, restaurants and medical buildings
In offices it's the entry, the lobby and the conference room glass that get noticed, and interior partition glass collects fingerprints faster than exterior glass collects dirt. Restaurants deal with a film that builds on the inside of the glass near the kitchen side, which needs a real wash rather than a wipe.
Medical and dental offices usually want scheduling that keeps us out of patient hours entirely. Tell us your quiet window and we'll work inside it.
Recurring schedules and how we quote
Commercial work is quoted per property, because a four-pane storefront and a two-story office with interior partitions are completely different jobs. We look at glass count, height, whether interior work is included, and how often you want us out.
Recurring schedules cost less per visit than one-offs, for the same reason our residential plans do: the work is predictable and the route is planned. Ask for both and you can compare the numbers yourself.
How it works
Four steps
-
1
Walkthrough or photos
Tell us the property and roughly how much glass. For anything bigger than a storefront we will come look.
-
2
We quote the schedule
One-time or recurring, with the per-visit price for each so you can compare.
-
3
We work your hours
Early morning, evening or weekend. Set up and gone before you open.
-
4
Same crew each visit
So nobody has to re-explain the building every time.
FAQs
Questions people ask
Don't see yours? Text us at (508) 978-5026.
What kinds of commercial properties do you clean?
Storefronts, offices, restaurants, cafes, and medical or dental offices, mostly single-story and low-rise buildings around MetroWest. We are not set up for high-rise rope work.
Can you come outside business hours?
Yes. Early morning before opening is the most common, and evenings and weekends work too.
How often should commercial glass be cleaned?
Street-level storefronts usually want monthly or quarterly. Offices set back from the road can go longer. We will give you an honest recommendation for your property rather than selling you the most frequent option.
How much does commercial window cleaning cost?
It is quoted per property, because glass count, height and frequency all matter. Recurring schedules cost less per visit than one-time cleanings.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured with over $1M in liability coverage. We can send a certificate if your building or landlord needs one on file.
